Overview

BorofloatHigh-performance borosilicate glass – exceptional thermal and chemical resistance

BOROFLOAT® 3.3 is a high-quality transparent borosilicate glass known for its remarkable resistance to high temperatures, thermal shock and chemical attack.

Manufactured by a specific float process, it offers excellent optical quality, perfect flatness and high dimensional stability. Its low coefficient of thermal expansion (3.3 × 10⁻⁶ K⁻¹) makes it particularly suited to demanding industrial, scientific, technical and architectural applications.

BOROFLOAT® 3.3 is widely used in industry, laboratories, technical lighting, thermal equipment and contemporary architecture.
