Vitrophy is the Vitralux Bradtke division dedicated to made-to-measure trophies, medals, keyrings and promotional items in glass and acrylic. Laser engraving, UV printing and UV bonding, all done in house in our Howald workshop.

Our personalisation techniques
Every Vitrophy piece is made and personalised in the Vitralux workshop: because we control the whole chain, the quality, the lead times and the consistency of your awards all hold up.
Laser engraving
Surface or deep engraving of logos, names and text. Permanent, razor-sharp and impossible to alter, on glass as well as on acrylic.
UV printing
Direct colour printing on glass and acrylic up to 45×65 cm: photographs, four-colour logos, gradients. Permanent UV inks.
UV bonding
Glass-to-glass and glass-to-acrylic joints made with UV-cured adhesive: an invisible seam, a bond as strong as the glass itself, for three-dimensional pieces.
Cutting & shaping
Cutting to measure, edge polishing, bevelling and drilling: every piece is worked to the millimetre in the Vitralux workshop in Howald.

The lead time depends on the material, the technique (laser engraving, UV printing, UV bonding) and the quantity. For a run of trophies or medals, allow a few days to two weeks after the artwork is signed off. Vitrophy confirms the exact date with the quote, and can handle rush jobs for events.
Yes. Laser engraving reproduces logos and text faithfully, and UV printing puts colour (four-colour process, logos, photographs) directly onto glass and acrylic up to 45×65 cm. You send us your artwork files and we sign off a proof together before production.
Glass gives you prestige, clarity and excellent scratch resistance: ideal for high-end trophies. Acrylic is lighter, takes intricate laser-cut shapes and comes in translucent colours: ideal for sporting awards and large runs. Vitrophy recommends the material that suits the use and the budget.
