UV printing up to 45×65 cm, sandblasting and laser engraving on acrylic are all done in our own workshop in Howald, with no subcontracting and short lead times.

For large formats and specialist treatments — digital printing, screen printing, lacquering, heated glass — we coordinate production with well-established partners.

Supply and installation

Whatever the treatment, Vitralux takes on the whole project: advice, manufacture, supply and installation on site throughout Luxembourg.

Worth knowing

Some treatments also work on glazing that is already fitted: the limescale protection on shower screens and the signal-permeable treatment on glass façades call for no glass replacement at all.

Screen printing, applied before toughening, is ideal for repeating patterns, certified anti-slip surfaces and technical applications. Our advisers will point you to the right one for your project.

Yes, several treatments work on existing glazing: the water-repellent limescale protection on shower screens in place, and the signal-permeable treatment that restores the passage of WiFi and 5G signals through the glass on site, with nothing taken out.
