When you use the quote request or contact form on the site, we collect only the data you send us:

• first name and surname;
• telephone number;
• email address;
• the type of service you are after and the content of your message.

You may also send us data by contacting us directly by telephone or by email. We collect no sensitive data and ask only for the information we need in order to deal with your enquiry.

3. Purposes and legal basis

This data is processed in order to answer your request for a quote, for information or for a job, to prepare the work or service requested and, where applicable, to manage the business relationship that follows from it.

The legal basis for this processing is the taking of steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR) and, for the management of the client relationship, the legitimate interest of Vitralux Bradtke Sàrl. Your data is not used for marketing unconnected with your enquiry, and it is neither sold nor rented to third parties.

4. Who receives the data

Data sent through the site is intended solely for the Vitralux Bradtke Sàrl teams dealing with your enquiry. It may pass through the technical service providers required to run the site and the email service (hosting, email delivery), which act as processors.

5. How long we keep your data

Your data is kept for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry and, where work has been carried out, for the duration of the business relationship and of the legal obligations arising from it (guarantees, accounting and tax obligations). Enquiries that lead nowhere are deleted within a reasonable period.

The contact page embeds a Google Maps map so that you can locate our showroom. Displaying this map may result in cookies being set or data being collected by Google, under its own terms of use and privacy policy.
