Clear laminated — Transparent laminated safety glass
Clear laminated safety glass consists of two sheets of glass bonded together by one or more PVB (polyvinyl butyral) interlayers.
If the glass breaks, the fragments stay bonded to the PVB interlayer, which limits the risk of injury and maintains a temporary protective barrier.
Clear laminated glass is widely used wherever enhanced safety, personal protection and compliance with modern building standards are required.
