Opaque laminated glass is a laminated safety glass made of two sheets of glass bonded by an opaque PVB interlayer. That construction combines the safety performance of laminated glass with complete visual screening.
If the glass breaks, the fragments are held by the PVB interlayer, which limits the risk of injury and provides enhanced protection.
Opaque laminated glass is particularly valued wherever privacy, safety and a contemporary look are needed at the same time.
