Glass balustrade brought back into compliance — fall protection made safe again
An urgent call-out to a glass balustrade whose fixing did not comply — immediate closure, full remedial work and a certificate of compliance.

The challenge
The starting point on site
Called out urgently by a property manager, Vitralux found on site that a glass balustrade was no longer sitting securely in its channel. The inspection showed a fixing that did not follow good practice and posed a serious safety risk. Access was closed off straight away, then the whole system was brought back into compliance.
