Dalheim Municipality — Roof glazing: special-shape insulating units
Replacing insulating glass units of special make-up and shape on the roof of Dalheim town hall, with a crane and a purpose-built vacuum lifter.

The challenge
The starting point on site
Dalheim Municipality called on Vitralux to replace several insulating glass units in the roof. The panes have a non-standard overlap shape — one-off pieces that cannot be moved without specialised equipment. The work took place at height and in difficult weather, and demanded exemplary organisation and care.
