The challenge
The starting point on site
At the Zitha Klinik in the Gare district, two insulating units had failed, both in parts of the façade that are barely reachable from the street. Each pane called for its own technical answer, depending on its position and its surroundings. The work went ahead on a Saturday, fully prepared and fully equipped.

The Vitralux solution
- Two insulating units to replace — two technical answers, one for each access situation
- Mobile elevating work platform to reach the façade at height
- Tracked robot to move the panes through the narrow areas
- Dual-circuit vacuum lifter to pick up and position each pane precisely
- Full cordon around the working area, PPE worn throughout
